Cancellation Policy

Gaming Services: Terms & Booking Policy 1. Booking & Payment Options To secure a gaming station, all reservations must be made through our online portal. We offer two ways to book: Deposit Only: Pay a $1 non-refundable deposit online to hold your slot. The remaining balance for your selected time frame (1hr, 3hr, 5hr, Daily, or Monthly) is due in full upon arrival. Pay in Full: Pay the entire session fee online at the time of booking for a faster check-in experience. The Non-Refundable Policy: Please note that $1 of every transaction is a non-refundable administrative fee. This fee is never returned, even if the rest of the session fee is refunded or the session is cancelled. 2. Check-In & Arrival Check-In: When you arrive, simply let us know you are there for a session. We will look up your reservation by the name used during booking. Please have a digital receipt or ID ready to confirm the booking. Timing: Your session timer begins at the scheduled start time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to ensure the next gamer isn't delayed. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations: To receive a refund of a "Pay in Full" session (minus the $1 non-refundable fee), you must provide at least 12 hours' notice. Rescheduling: If you miss your window or need to change dates, you may reschedule at no extra cost (minus the $1) provided you contact us before our close of business on the day of your original booking. Rescheduled dates must be within a reasonable timeframe. No-Shows: If you do not contact us before closing on the day of your booking, all payments (deposits or full payments) are forfeited. 4. Account Usage & Technical Time Ready-to-Play: We provide stations with updated games and hardware. Personal Accounts: You are welcome to log into your own accounts (Steam, Riot, Epic, etc.). However, session time will not be paused or extended for forgotten passwords, two-factor authentication, or personal account updates. We recommend having your login info ready before your session starts. 5. Conduct & Equipment Equipment Care: Players are responsible for the gear at their station. Intentional damage to PCs, consoles, or peripherals will result in repair charges and immediate removal. Fair Play: Cheating, toxic behavior, or harassment of other players is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban without a refund.
